Bijar Kilim Rug-960929 French Aubusson flat oven carpets were the inspiration for this unusual Bijar kilim with a central rose-filled elliptical medallion on a red ground. The corners and midpoints of the sides have extremely stylized floral bouquets and these protrude into the field. The effect is eccentric and charming.
